Available in sizes 6–13. We recommend using our printable sizing guide (included with your order) to confirm your exact finger measurement before purchase. Upon arrival, charge the BSR-1 for 10 minutes before first use. For optimal baseline calibration, wear continuously for 7 days so Gene AI™ can establish your unique physiological profile.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We offer fully tracked shipping on all BSR-1 orders. Because this is a Pre-Order, shipment happens in two stages: first, your sizing kit is dispatched immediately, and second, your custom ring is shipped after size confirmation.
Sizing kits are dispatched within 3–5 working days of order placement. Custom titanium rings are manufactured and shipped starting from the official release date of July 1, 2026.
International shipping is available to the EU, US, and select global markets. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the shipment of the finalized custom titanium ring for a 100% full refund.
Returns
All customers are entitled to a 30-day return window, starting from the date of delivery. The BSR-1 must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Defective units are eligible for a full replacement at no additional cost. Our quality assurance team inspects every ring before dispatch.
For sizing exchanges, we offer a one-time free size swap within 30 days. Simply return the original ring and we'll ship your new size priority.
